I received this armband as a gift to go with my new 6th generation Nano. I was surprised initially at how easy it was to adjust the armband and how comfortable it felt compared to an old velcro model I used to use. The "Fast Fit" concept is a little hokey and really once you have it adjust properly you don't need to utilize this feature each time you run. What you end up with is a really bulky spot on the armband right where your nano clips to, but despite this it's still fairly comfortable. I have pretty big biceps and this thing fits no problem and also fit no problem on my wife's much skinnier upper arm.
My biggest problem with this armband is that the nano isn't protected inside of a plastic sleeve or any type of covering. If you sweat a lot while running I don't see any way to prevent the sweat from dripping directly onto the nano or even worse onto the connector between the nike+ receiver and the nano. I imagine you could use some sort of skin or additional case to help with this, but it's clearly less than ideal.
This is highly recommended if you don't sweat a lot while working out, but if you're like me and love running out in the humidity then you might want to seek better options.
