So my wife decided to start using her iPhone 4 with ear plugs, but she wasn't happy about not being able to watch the screen or have the phone slide constantly as she was trying to watch it, so I started looking here on Amazon and voila! I found the Case Star Desktop Stand and it is exactly what I was looking for and what my wife needed.
The case came packed carefuly, but was wrapped in layers of packing tape, opening the box required a knife. Once opened, you get the following:
1 Stand of course, a panflet with other products listed and what apears to be a cellphone bag, but oddly, the bag isn't big enough for even the iPhone 4 or for the stand itself. Still, I'm sure many of you will find a use for it.
The Case Star is made out of strong aluminum, carefuly painted, not glossy, a nice matte black. What I like about it the most, or I should say, what my wife likes about it the most, is that it won't tip over; she can now watch Netflix or Amazon's Prime video and fall asleep and I'm happy I don't have to hear anything.
The Stand has a rectangular opening in the middle for when charging your iPhone, Andriod Phone or Tablet, this of course doesn't mean you have to charge or keep your phone in a vertical position, you can charge and view in whatever position you please. I also tried it with my Kindle Fire and this little bugga was able to hold it with ease.
This is the perfect solution for those looking for a strong, sturdy, well made stand to keep their phones steady while watching movies and other content. I would've easily paid $20 for this product. It is that well made.
I should mention. I have a Tempurpedic bed; I don't deal with springs, so consider that, before buying this product to use while in bed. Hope this helps.
